📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts payable records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage payment processes, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
