📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor sales and inventory to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Regional Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Experience in training and developing staff.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with Domino's Pizza is a plus.
