📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage our Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, making data-driven improvements to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and drive online sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Administrator or similar role, preferably in the food or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
