Salon Krisna Kebab is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, from managing inventory to coordinating with staff and vendors. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work both in the office and at the restaurant location.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage restaurant inventory and ensure all items are stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service or operational role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
