📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Indonesian GAAP and local tax laws.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage the accounting payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
