You will be the trusted legal advisor to the manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regional and international laws, and driving strategic initiatives that support Drake International's growth in the West Region.

In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing teams to navigate complex legal challenges, develop and implement policies, and provide proactive legal guidance. You will leverage your deep understanding of manufacturing law, contract negotiation skills, and regulatory knowledge to safeguard Drake International's interests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regional and international laws.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure business continuity.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and agreements, including supply chain and manufacturing contracts.
• Conduct due diligence on business transactions, partners, and suppliers.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes that may impact manufacturing operations.
• Represent Drake International in legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a legal role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a global or regional context.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing law, including contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, global environment.
