📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.,Ensure the spa maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.,Develop and implement wellness programs and services to meet the needs of our clients.,Train and mentor spa staff to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to our standards.,Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the spa and wellness industry.,Manage the spa's budget and ensure it is used efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a spa or wellness center.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of wellness and spa services, including various treatments and therapies.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the spa industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
