PT Property Cendrawasih is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Admin to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about finance and administrative tasks, and wants to contribute to a dynamic and growing property development company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and financial tasks to support the finance department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools.Experience with payroll processing software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
