📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs.,Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
