📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.,Assist in the development and implementation of store strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
