📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees on training-related matters.,Assist in the planning and execution of training events and seminars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
