📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
