📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulations.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances and disputes, mediating conflicts to ensure a positive work environment.
Collaborate with finance teams to analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and training for HR staff.
Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions to build relationships and maintain a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Certification in HR management or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
Strong understanding of manufacturing industry and its unique HR challenges.
Proficient in HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle for HR financial analysis.
