🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations,Strong understanding of financial management and analysis,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with the Indonesian business environment is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
