📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
