Central Leaf Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them apply what they have learned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus
