📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and are knowledgeable about the menu.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets all financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of marketing and customer service strategies.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
