Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, both domestically and internationally.,Develop and negotiate acquisition strategies and transaction structures.,Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure successful transaction execution.,Conduct due diligence on potential targets, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.,Negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements, including purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and share purchase agreements.,Monitor and manage the integration process post-acquisition to ensure a smooth transition.,Maintain relationships with potential acquisition targets and industry contacts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&A.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, with a focus on cross-border transactions.,Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.,Strong understanding of legal, financial, and operational aspects of M&A transactions.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
