📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct reliability testing and analysis on power electronics components and systems,Develop and implement reliability improvement plans and strategies,Monitor and analyze field failure data to identify trends and root causes,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability requirements are met,Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations on product failures,Develop and maintain reliability test procedures and documentation,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in power electronics reliability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the power electronics industry,Strong knowledge of reliability testing methods and standards (e.g., MIL-STD-756, IEC 62380),Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Fluency in English is required
