Sehati Indra Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our restaurant facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all restaurant equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.
  • Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Manage and maintain all inventory related to maintenance and cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all maintenance activities and inspections.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is compliant with local laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant equipment, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
