📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that new systems meet business needs.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar is a plus.
