In this role, you’ll be preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, from classic ayam bakar to side dishes and desserts, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll work closely with our experienced chefs to ensure that every meal is cooked to perfection, meeting our customers' expectations and contributing to our reputation as a go-to spot for delicious food in Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including grilled chicken, side dishes, and desserts, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Assist chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
