In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the NPI process for new electronic products, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, bill of materials, and process specifications.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Altium Designer, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, to support product development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 and IPC standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on NPI and product development.
• Proven track record of successfully introducing new products to production.
• Strong knowledge of electronics design principles, including PCB design, component selection, and circuit analysis.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, such as Altium Designer, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
