As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll manage a team of 8-10 maintenance technicians, using tools like SAP and SAP PM for maintenance planning and tracking. You'll work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities during non-peak hours, utilizing your expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily maintenance activities for molding machines, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage a team of 8-10 maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Schedule maintenance activities in coordination with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data using SAP and SAP PM to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess maintenance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and find solutions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in SAP or SAP PM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling software.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with molding machine maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
