📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to track and manage shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
