  • Assist with event planning and execution, contributing to the success of our premium lounge events.
  • Promote our brand and services through various channels, ensuring a high level of brand awareness and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the lounge, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably in a premium lounge or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with the local culture, customs, and etiquette in Bali.
