📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret project documents, emails, and meeting notes between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese team members, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and goals.
• Coordinate project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, working closely with project managers and developers.
• Assist in organizing and attending meetings, ensuring all participants are prepared and engaged.
• Provide cultural and language support to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support project success.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for both Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a willingness to adapt and learn from different cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, International Relations, or a similar discipline.
• Certification in Mandarin language proficiency (HSK 5 or equivalent) is a plus.
